The melancholic tale of a fallen king explores many fascinating and deep themes. Learning the true qualities of Lear's eldest daughers as well as the innocence of the pure Cordelia, Shakespeare reveals the disraught of parents due to the evil intentions of their children. The fabulously written play by Shakespeare can be considered one of my favourites and a classic that everyone should enjoy at least once.
