Jenny becomes the new it girl as she recently nearly got expelled. Callie wants to win Easy back but he tells her off, so she runs away to a 'health spa' that her mother reccomended, however the health spa her mother reccomended is actually a rehab camp. Easy climbs then climbs an old oak tree which accidently collapses causing the first floor residents of Dumbarton homeless. And so Dean Marrymount tells Easy that he is on Probation, and every time he leaves Waverly he has to get permission and that he has to join an extra curricular activity. Heath Ferro starts the Men of Waverly club, which Easy joins. Jenny hooks up with a boy named Drew, who she likes because he apparently was the mysterious admirer who bribed Old Lady Miller. Also, Heath and Kara break up because Heath was not sensitive enough. Meanwhile, Brett and Jermiah hook up but break apart when Heath shows a picture of Kara and Brett kissing. Jenny finds out that Callie was the one who bribed Old Lady Miller and she decides to never see Drew. Tinsley misses Callie and gets a message from Callie begging for help. Tinsely and Jenny both decide to go and save Callie from rehab, but their car breaks down. They then send a message to Easy, who leaves Waverly immediately without asking permission. The books ends without stating if Easy gets expelled.
