The Declaration by Gemma Malley

Gemma Malley creates a futuristic world in which the key to immoratality is held with a pill called Longevity. The only catch is that no one is allowed to have children if they are on the drug. Anna has grown up at Grange Hall, taught to hate her parents. She will spend her life being a "valuable asset", living a life of strict rules and serving society, a punishment she must pay for her parents breaking the biggest rule of all and bringing her into the world. But then, Anna meets Peter, a strange boy who causes her to question all that she has been taught to believe. This is a heartwrenching book that warns us of the consequences of chasing eternal life and trying to use science to beat nature.
