Annabel is a model whose life seems perfect, but after a fight with her best friend she finds herself alone and friendless. Then she meets Owen, also a loner, who is obsessed with music and has his own radio show. Owen is always completely honest, with Annabel and everyone else. As their friendship grows he helps her and encourages her to speak out about what happened to her when she and Sophie had their fight. But Annabel doesn't just have her friendship problems to deal with;she has family issues as well. This book is about learning to be honest and not judging people. It's about friendship, family and love. I definitely enjoyed reading it, as I do all of Sarah Dessen's books.
