In the final book of the trilogy, the four friends are finally in a house, warm and safe. As they try to figure out there powers and are trained by other supernaturals. As the adults come to realize just how powerful the kids are, they find they need to act fast. As the kids themselves do further investigation, they find that things may not always be as they seem.
