The Maze Runner by James Dashner

Imagine waking up one day in a strange world without any memories of your previous life. That's what happened to Thomas. He arrives in a place called the Glade, which is inhabited only by teenage boys like himself. The Glade is surrounded by a humungous Maze, where fearsome creatures called Grievers dwell. None of the boys have any recollection of the world they came from. Some have lived in the Glade for as long as two years. But why does Thomas have the creepy feeling that he remembers some of the boys, that he has been in the Glade before? Why do some of the boys feel that Thomas is a threat to their existance? And why do weird things start happening shortly after Thomas arrives? The purpose of the Maze will become clear soon enough.
